Alex Wissmann was born in Los Angeles, California, but at 11 years old he moved to Denver and became a student at Kent Denver School. During his freshman year he began participating in Teens4Oceans, going on trips to Florida and the United States Virgin Islands. He took part in installing all three of the cameras at Bahia Honda, the Dry Tortugas, and the Virgin Islands. He also manned the T4O booth at BioBlitz in Florida. He is currently a senior.
